How does it work?
The help system is based on a Jetty server. During help launching, this server is configured automatically..

Where is the help located?
Help is deployed locally along with the application. The goal of this server is to have access to advanced help features such as help search.

What can block the display of the help?
As help is based on a local server, it needs local access to 127.0.01. Some machine configurations can block this server, for example if you connect to internet via a proxy.

If you get trouble accessing help, here are a few tips:
Configure Windows network parameters:
- Go to the Internet explorer "Tools/Internet Options" entry menu
- Go to the "Connections" tab
- Click on the "Network parameters" button
- Make sure that:
-- you don't use an automatic configuration script
-- you don't use a proxy server to access local addresses
