It seems that your problem is not connected to the Modelio itself but more about BPEL usage.
I guess it is better to send this post to a BPEL oriented forum.

However, I would suppose that you problem is more related to BPEL correlation sets.
There is plenty of information about this in the web.

You could check the tutorials for NetBeans or ActiveBpel, they explain very well asynchronous calls and call back issues in BPEL.

Modeling an asynchronous Business Process 1 Year, 3 Months ago
Dear Sir
I am a tunisian student in information technology applied to
management. I am now preparing my end of study project. In fact this
project consists of implementing an SOA service plateform on using
BPEL standard. I found some problems to model some process. I have a problem in process
called DDMProcess. This process is dealing with a participant called
"Transitaire" who sends a message "message1" to the second participant
called "Douane". When the second will receive the message then after a
task performed it will send a message "message2" to the first
participant. the problem is that the message is send correctly and the
process remains undefinitly in the "In progress" state either when the
second message is sent. I didn't find a solution to do this. Can you
please help to resolve this problem. I will be graceful if you give
only an idea on how to do this on looking to a short process example
that I attached the image with this message.

I am looking for answer from you hoping I will get a solution to my
problem

Thank you

Best Regards.
