Smart generation

Modelio Cxx Designer provides two different generation options:

Forced generation runs a complete generation of the selected element (a class, a package or an entire project).  In this case, all elements are generated.

To force the generation of Cxx code, simply select the element you want to generate and then click on the  button in the "Cxx" property view.  Cxx code is then generated for the selected element and its contents.

Smart generation accelerates the generation process.  When the smart generation option is used, Modelio Cxx Designer looks at last modification dates and only generates elements that have been modified since the last generation operation, avoiding useless generation and speeding up the generation process.

To smart-generate Cxx code, simply select the element you want to generate and then click on the  button in the "Cxx" property view. Cxx code is then generated for any elements (the selected element or any of its sub-elements) that have been modified since the last generation operation.
