An «implement» Dependency must be from a Process or a Class towards a BusinessRule.

An «implement» Dependency defines a link between a Process or Activity describing the BusinessRule and the BusinessRule itself.

If you have an «implement» Dependency which is not from a Process or a Class to a BusinessRule, you should delete it.
