Usage
Adds a new cell to the current table, at the same index as its position in the template. (i.e. the second cell in the template will be column 2 in the document)
A table cell usually contains an embedded paragraph, which can be ignored if necessary.

The Insert paragraph' tick-box defines if the text below is to be inserted as a paragraph in the table cell. When the cell node has sub-nodes producing paragraph-level content, it is usual to uncheck this tick-box.

The Add to document index tick-box defines if an hyperlink anchor is generated for the table cell.
