Warning the following fields appear only for template parameters belonging to java elements.

Keys:

1 The UML name field is used to modify the UML name of the Template Parameter.
2 The Extended type field is used to optionally select the type extended by the Template Parameter.[1]
3 The Qualified tick-box is checked to indicate the extended type is to be generated with a qualified name.
4 The Annotations field is used to enter to add metadata for the template parameter.
5 The No code field is used to indicate that the Template Parameter will not be generated.
