Troubleshooting information

In order to provide you the most efficient help concerning your license errors, please provide one of the following information when you contact our services:

  • The activation key that you used for activating Modelio if you purchased Modelio or one of its modules.
  • The request reference you received if you have requested a trial license. The request reference is provided in the email containing your trial license file.
