Some licensing errors can occur using Modelio by Softeam. When a licensing error occurs, Modelio displays an error message and a licensing error code in a window. This page provides further details on why the error appeared and how to fix it.

 

Troubleshooting information

In order to provide you the most efficient help concerning your license errors, please provide one of the following information when you contact our services:

  • The activation key that you used for activating Modelio if you purchased Modelio or one of its modules.
  • The request reference you received if you have requested a trial license. The request reference is provided in the email containing your trial license file.
