Modelio 3.8 introduces a new 'Methodology' feature to precise the semantics of links.
Historically, traceability links were brought by imprecise, untyped links. Their vague semantics (all links were named "trace"), and lack of linking rules (anything could be linked to everything) made it impossible to get a precise model.
Modelio offers a solution by using methodologies. A methodology is a set of precisely typed business-related methodological links. It brings a set of links which scope is one of the business at hand, and which are properly named in order to produce a valuable model.
